Fitness Room Usage
FITNESS ROOM RULES AND REGULATIONS
(please read carefully before proceeding)
The Fitness Room is for the use of MCC Members and Guests. Members must accompany their guests. One guest permitted at a time.
Minimum age in Fitness Room is 18. NO children permitted in the Fitness Room.
You must register and acknowledge the waiver before receiving code to door and using the Fitness Room.
Door code will be changed periodically. You will need to supply a current email address to receive the current code and updates.
Members using the Fitness Room will be required to Sign In and Sign Out
Clean Athletic shoes are required. No sandals or Flip Flops.
No food, gum, cups or drinks allowed in Fitness Room other than Water or Gatorade type drinks in enclosed unbreakable container. No glass permitted in this area.
Please bring a towel to sit on and wipe down equipment after each use with provided disinfectant wipes.
Lockers will be provided in Men and Women’s Dressing Room for use during your exercise session. Please remove all personal items prior to leaving facility.
Equipment use is limited to 30 minutes when people are waiting.
Do not move equipment from one location to another.
Equipment should be used in the manner it was designed.
Audio equipment must be used with headsets when others are using the facility.
Please report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to a Staff Member.
Video Surveillance will be in use at all times.
No animals of any kind allowed in Fitness Room at any time.
Remember usage of the Fitness Room is a Privilege not a Right, Please treat all equipment with proper respect and care.
